We have been having internet problems, so
I have not been very good with
posting over the last month.
So here are some updates!!!

Finished Cowboys

My Grandma and I awhile back started making these little outfits for the boys and some little hobby horses. She made some things like this for her boys when they were little. She told me a story about my dad when he was little and after his nap went outside in his diaper to ride his horse, he had on his little straw cowboy hat and was out running around in the yard while it was raining, she said that he loved his little horse and would want to play with it rain or shine.

My Dad was down for some business last week the boys got all dressed up to show Papa their horses and cowboys stuff. Here are a few pictures that I got.

Easter!!!

Saturday
Egg Decorating

The boys had so much fun coloring the eggs. Sam thought that it would be fun to try and color an ugly egg, by putting the egg in mixed colors and it was ugly, sorry I guess that I didn't get a picture.

Hunting the Eggs

The boys had lots of fun looking for eggs and finding candy inside of them.

Sunday

Lunch with Gran, it was so yummy. She is one of the BEST COOKS EVER!

Then after church we had another yummy dinner with the Aaron's family, it was alot of fun to visit and spend time with each other.

Tour De St. George Trip

When I broke my foot I couldn't really do anything so as soon as I got the OK to start exercising again I found a bike ride to do to help me get in the biking mood. I did some biking before I broke my foot but I mostly ran and I have been encouraged not to run anymore so I thought a great way to get in to biking would be to sign up for a ride. So I found this ride in St. George over Spring Break weekend that was 30 miles and thought that was a good place to start. We thought that it would be fun to make a little vacation out of the trip for the boys. We only drove part way on Thursday and stayed in Kanab, Ut. We stopped at the Lake Powell Dam and did a little tour.

My Grandma has a cousin that lives in Kanab that she thought we would enjoy seeing so we stopped by to visit with Art and Rose, they were so nice, and it was fun to spend a little time getting to know them. The boys warmed right up to them as you can see!

The hotel that we stayed at was so fun, it was all decorated with cowboy stuff. Sam thought it was so cool that they had boots on the wall, he came running out of the bathroom saying we had to see all the boots and the light. (so I had to take some pictures of our room)

The boys getting ready to go swimming

The boys loved the pool and hot tub

The next morning we took off for Zion's National Park

It was such a beautiful drive, and it was fun to do a little hiking around.

The road is red

When we got to St. George we had to wait for our room to finish getting cleaned so the boys kept each other entertained climbing on this little hill
